1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SendForMe (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

SendForMe is a web-based service that allows users to upload a PDF document, provide a U.S. mailing address, pay a flat fee, and have the document physically mailed on their behalf through a third-party mail fulfillment provider. The Service is available to users in the United States only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using SendForMe, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account and Checkout

SendForMe offers guest checkout. No account creation is required. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide, including sender and recipient addresses, at the time of checkout.

5. Pricing and Payment

The current flat-rate price is $5.00 per send. This price includes:

• One (1) PDF document mailed to one (1) U.S. recipient address
• Up to five (5) pages, printed in black and white
• Standard letter envelope and standard postage class

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize SendForMe to charge the stated amount to your provided payment method. Prices are subject to change; the price displayed at checkout is binding for that transaction.

6. Document Requirements

You may only upload documents in PDF format. The Service currently accepts PDFs of up to five (5) pages. Files that do not meet these requirements may be rejected before checkout is completed.

7. Address Validation

All sender and recipient addresses must be valid U.S. addresses. The Service will validate addresses prior to payment. SendForMe is not responsible for failed or misdirected mail resulting from incorrect address information provided by the user.

8. Refund Policy

SendForMe's refund policy is as follows:

• Failed mail: If a mail job fails due to a provider or system error, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Delayed mail: Delays in delivery due to postal service or carrier transit times are not eligible for refunds.

To request a refund for a failed mail job, contact our support team at the email address listed on our website. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

9. File Retention

Uploaded PDF files are retained on our servers for a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of submission, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. SendForMe does not retain copies of your documents beyond this window. Because the uploaded PDF is deleted after thirty (30) days, SendForMe cannot resend a failed mailing after that period.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to send:

• Harassing, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Unsolicited bulk mail or spam
• Material that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Content that violates any applicable local, state, or federal law

SendForMe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SendForMe does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific delivery timeframes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendForMe's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SendForMe and its operators from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or the content of any document you submit.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent update.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
