Information Collected Automatically

We may collect standard technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Process and fulfill your mail order
  • Validate sender and recipient addresses
  • Send you order confirmation, status updates, and failure notices by email
  • Issue refunds where applicable
  • Maintain an audit trail for order and refund activity
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to fulfill the Service:

  • Mail fulfillment provider: We transmit your sender address, recipient address, and document to our third-party mail fulfillment provider (LetterStream) solely to process and deliver your physical mail.
  • Payment processor: Payment details are handled by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance program. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Analytics provider: We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used (for example, which pages are visited and how users navigate the site). Google may process this data according to its own privacy policy.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information (addresses, email, order records) for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, support refund requests, and meet legal recordkeeping obligations.

Uploaded PDF files are retained for a maximum of thirty (30) days from submission, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.

  • Minimized PCI scope through the use of Stripe's hosted checkout
